- Prices stated in the catalogues are net prices in Euro. They do not include VAT rate.
- Prices do not include delivery costs, packaging and insurance.
- Delivery, packaging and insurance costs are added to your order.
- After determining the conditions of co-operation and registration of the recipient, there is a possibility of transfer payments by individual agreements.
- Payment for the goods occurs in Polish currency PLN or EUR. Selection and confirmation of currency occurs in an individual agreement.
- Before the first order registration documents must be submitted by the customer and payer.
- In some cases, the seller may demand a prepayment before the realisation of the order.
- The order is accepted for processing, after a clear confirmation by the seller by e-mail or fax.
- For payments with deferred payment, the date of payment recorded on the sales document determines the date of the income onto account of the seller.
- For overdue payments we charge statutory interests.
- The goods are the property of CARPA Industry Support until the whole price is paid by the buyer.
- When ordering goods that are incompletely present in the magazine, it is possible to partially complete the delivery with the goods left in the magazine. Other goods are sent to the buyer as soon as they arrive from the supplier / manufacturer.
- In the case of returns please contact us to arrange the conditions. Returned products cannot bear any traces of use. They must necessarily be in their original packaging.
- Sale of individual pieces of sets is possible, in which case there is additional fee (added 25% of the value).
- We reserve the right to make any mistakes in the information and listed prices. With the release of new catalogues previous ones expire.
